Our machine shop is equipped with both manual and CNC machines. We specialize in turning, drilling, boring, threading, and milling of finished good for various industry. Having been in the machining business for over 16 years, D1EMS has a business philosophy that inherently responds to the most demanding requirements of our customers. Our machinists are highly skilled in a vast variety knowledge in milling, lathe, CAD/CAM programming, jig and fixture, and customize tooling.
We thrive on maintaining on-time delivery. All shipments are packaged securely and shipped to customers in a timely manner. We also pride ourselves in our communication with our customers. Pricing
All parts can be quoted hourly or per part. Our hourly shop rate is reasonably competitive with an average lead time of 4-5 days. Expediting service is available on all jobs. Please send all RFQs via e-mail, fax or you can come in person, information on how to contact us are in in our Contact page.
